Ryan Donahue graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2013. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014. He worked as a registered nurse for four years before completing a Family Nurse Practitioner Master of Science Program from Fresno State University in 2017. He has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since.

He has worked in a variety of roles including Family Practice, Geriatrics, and Mental Health. He currently holds National Board Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He also holds a California Public Health Certificate. Prior to his nursing education he completed a Bachelor Degree program in Psychology from UCLA.
